PVC

We have available a wide range of standard and special colours, modern designs and styles, texture and grain effects of various thicknesses. Soft clear copy safe material to clear rigid PVC and including hi-tech designs, 3D, transparent, wet, shine, leather and even reptile looks! Suitable for us to screen, digital print, emboss or foil.

Polypropylene

The ultimate material offering flexibility and durability with a range of creative finishes. A hard wearing, tough material which is recyclable and resistant to extremes of temperature, oils and chemicals. Available in a range of thicknesses and colours for die cutting and creasing. We can apply neumerous closure options such as fitting ring mechanisms, press studs, handles and clasps. Special volume orders enable custom colours and Pantone colour matching possible. Also suitable for screen printing, digital printing, embossing or foiling.

Paper over board

This process involves digitally printed laminated sheets being trimmed and bonded to grey board. We can advise on dimensions and sheet requirements or arrange for the print to be managed and produced for you.

Ring Mechanisms

Are all about capacity (amount of pages they can hold) and range from 13mm up to 65mm with 2 rings, 3 rings or 4 rings. A4 and A5 sizes, “D” rings and “Round” shape are both available and are chrome plated. Multi ring and lever arch are available and we can custom powder coat all the rings for added impact.

Tabs, Indices’, Dividers

Our dividers are manufactured using polypropylene, PVC or card and may be printed on the tab only or fully printed with your artwork.

Clear sleeves and pockets

PVC ring binders can come with a wide range of options such as A4 sleeves with reinforced margins, CD/DVD pages and business card pockets.
